The Uganda Wildlife Authority just released their new rates for 2020.
If you would like to see the Gorilla and Chimpanzees you better hurry because they will still stay $150 per person for the chimpanzee Trekking and $600 per person for the Gorilla tracking till end of June 2020. After that they will increase to $200 per person for the chimpanzee trekking and $250 for Habituation and $700 for Gorilla trekking and $1.500 for Habituation.
Other activities like Rwenzori trekking will decrease because of the lower National Park Entry of $35 per 24 hours per person. The Uganda Tourism Board tries to protect the animals more with the increase and diversify the products in Uganda so that you opt for other activities besides the popular Gorilla trekking.
